Villa Calaluna in Santa Maria di Leuca

Villa Calaluna is in Santa Maria di Leuca, on a small hill called Foresta Forte, just 1.5 km from the seafront.

From the villa you can admire the tall white Leuca lighthouse on the headland of the Basilica of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, and see the blue sea in front.

The house is surrounded by well-kept greenery and a small pine wood covering about 2,000 m² of the land.

The style and colours (white and blue) are typically Mediterranean. Two sides of the house, one with a sea view, are shaded by a traditional reed roof on white columns of Lecce stone. The outdoor spaces are generous, with tables, chairs and comfortable stone seats, an outdoor shower and a professional mobile barbecue.

Inside there is a large living room with modern open kitchen and fireplace, three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning in the corridor to the bedrooms.

Villa Calaluna offers everything you need for a quiet, relaxing holiday, close to the sea of one of the best-known and most charming places in southern Salento.
