Villa Poseidone in Pescoluse

Holiday villa to rent in Salento

The four-room villa POSEIDONE is the middle house of a row of three villas, set on a slightly raised ground floor. Just 100 m from the beach of Pescoluse, inside it has two large living areas (living room and kitchen), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Every room is finely furnished with great care and taste, to give your holiday the utmost comfort. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning and a washing machine.

The outdoor spaces are generous. At the front, a large courtyard leads to a well-equipped entrance veranda that our guests use as a relaxation area. At the back, from where a side path leads to the beach, there is another large, equipped courtyard with a flower bed and a shower cubicle.

On the lower floor, reached from the front courtyard, there is a further living space: an air-conditioned studio with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Villa POSEIDONE sleeps up to 6 people: 4 in the two bedrooms and 2 in the studio.
